Wonder if they did not have 62 bug license plates because that car is at least a year off per the license plate. 61 last year for the small tail lights. |

Billy you cant judge a car by its tail lights.Just because it doesnt have snow flakes does not mean its not a 61. taillights get changed all the time. |

True that. But people also a lot of the time think the manufacture date makes the year of the car. Also the pan could be a 61 and the body something else. You just never know with a Vw. Just saying if you are looking to buy it realy look it over. |

that ragtop has been all over craigslist. looks decent I found this, this weekend, in the bay area. Too rusty for me, but I will gove up the info if someone is serious. bullet single cabs are not easy to find
