I dont have any pictures but while driving for work i saw a ghia and type 1 that looked quite nice for restoration if anyones looking. Not sure if he wants to sell em but they have been there awhile from the looks. Take telge from 2920 turn left on grant and they are on the right hand side just a lil ways down.

I saw those cars at that same location about 2.5 years ago. Pretty clean if I remember right.

i was reading the sightings about the type 1 off of telge and was wondering if u guys lived around the area? i ask becauce i live directly off telge by 2920 and those crossroads were mentioned. Most of tx has no clue how where telge is so thts why i'm asking. I have a slammed 64 beetle, looks great, and i'm looking for some bugs, buses, ghias, wut ever to cruise with n stuff. that and i have a clutch prob which is gonna take dropping the motor. so i could use some knowledge from the locals. hit me up if u can help me out...thx justin

Quite a few people here are from that side of town. I'm one of the south siders though. Everyone here is willing to help out.... answering questions, finding parts, ect.. If you have any pictures of your 64 post them in the projects section.

Welcome to the dlk board 8-)
