 Post subject: Need longer pedal stop bracket

So here's the problem, replaced pans and now the pedal stop bracket is too short. Easiest solution seems to be to just fab up a new, longer bracket like the one shown below.

Problem is I don't have the resources to make my own. Does anyone know where to buy one of these (I think WW used to sell them) or has anyone made one before and wouldn't mind welding one up for a decent price? I can bring my short one to use for it. Southeast side of Houston

The stop is for the brake pedal. I need to make one also so I might as well make two of them. Give me the measurement from the center of the bolt hole to the center of the pedal cluster(the pin they all ride on) and if it is the same as mine I will just make another one.

I dont have time this week but I may be able to get to it next week before the classic.

Thanks, but I just found out that the WW replacement bracket for the 66-79 beetle will work so I'm just going to pick that one up, want me to grab one for you as well?
