How to clean inside the tank? It's not bad rust but it need to be clean.

Throw some lug nuts, or a length of chain add water and simple green and shake the shit out of it. after that is done I like to coat the inside with the gas tank kit from por15

I've done this too. Also, you can put that solution in there and let it set. Really just add enough to coat the bottom of the tank, that's where most of the stuff settles.

The big problem with mine was not on the bottom. It was on the upper sides and top. Flash rust causing a very fine powder. Of course there was rust in the bottom too. I put some nuts and bolts along with a chain with water and purple power and shook the shit out it several times. I duct taped the holes each time to keep most of the stuff in.
