Electrical Genius Types....HELP! I've already trashed a Retro Radio by screwing up the speaker install. Here's where I'm at now. I have a brand new Custom Autosound radio with the following speaker set up. Kick Panels - Each has a 6.5" Round, 2-way Coaxial, 4 ohm speaker Rear Seat/Floor Area (these face straight up) - One Left/One Right 6.5" Round, 3-way Coaxial, 4 ohm speakers Rear Storage Box (these face forward at an angle) - One Left/One Right 6" x 9", 3-way Coaxial, 4 ohm speakers So there is a total of 6 speakers. At this point I DO NOT have a separate AMP. I've been told I need one to maintain the 4 ohm speakers and have enough power for all of them. If this is so, would someone be kind enough to tell me what kind of amp I should have (2-channel, 4-channel, bridgeable, etc.), and then draw me a schematic for the wiring. I think I can wire just about anything as long as I am told one wire at a time and no electrical engineering seminar. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
