I'm crazyeyes... i met a few of, well all, the phoenix guys last friday... seem like a good bunch of guys... i have known jeremy for a little bit.. so i assume the rest of you guys are just as cool...
As far as VW's go, They are my life... i have had close to 20 or so in just about 6 years... i got into VW's as a kid but didnt buy one till 2003... and everyday i learn something new about them.. and i hope i will never learn it all... i love wrenching on cars and helping people out... i work for free and a few redbulls every now and then... if i get another VW slammed and on the road, i have done all i need to do...
i am currently trying to help an AF Crew Chief on his Manx.. and my buddy Dave just picked up a 65 bug out of the mud for free that had not seen pavement since 86...

My 61 SC.. its currently for sale by the new owner on the samba.. dove blue now $13,500!!! what a waste of my money to have sold it!!!
and now.. with out further hesitation.. My 59 Single Cab!!! this has been my dream car for years.. dont ever expect me to sell it... i can always just sleep in the bed... so if i ever end up broke... i hae a backup plan not to sell it...
