Hello everyone. First time on the board. Been stalking for a few months. Purchased a 70 ghia in february and ive been working on it ever since. First car was a manx I built complete from a body in one place, pan from another, type 3 motor from another and wired myself. Daily driver was a 73 for many years and it went through many modifications till a sandblast shop destroyed the body during a pan off restoration. Then life settled in. At one time I was a walking vw Encyclopedia. Got the itch again in November and jumped back in with both feet. This year we visited the classic, the harvest, the lobudget, the night show and the bug bash in Dallas last weekend. Hope to meet some fellow airheads soon. Will post some pictures of the ghia once I figure out how to do it. Just installed rear pan sections and the body not re-installed yet.

Be sure and take what this guy says with a grain of salt.....he keeps saying he's "Member"...what ever dude! :redguy: He's a no show at all the shows...if you know what i mean....stand clear, he could go off :help:
