Just saying hi... put my project up in the forum under "Corey 1965 Beetle", check it out if you get bored. I'm new to the VW scene, thanks to a friend who got me hooked. I'm barely putting this thing together and already looking for 2nd project. Anyways, looking forward to meeting a few local people - and (eventually) some cruises. Just did the Towne Lake tri, so I'm about 1/2 asleep right now.

Triathlon? There's a couple of us that ride bikes in critical mass. And ride for fun.

Yeah, did the sprint tri this time... not ready for the real one. Cool on the critical mass, I've heard about it. Rode the MS150 in April and doing another in October. I'll have to try and make one... Friday nights are always hard.

1st question... who can I go to locally to have some king pin bushings pressed in/reamed, also get some brake drums turned?

Dlicious is the clubs local machinist. I am sure he could handle both if he has time.
