Have you met Mr. John (can't remember his last name off the top of my head)? Retired NASA machinist. He built the black and green Interstate battery/100 hp electric motor bug. Goes to the hot rod shows occasionally. You'd like this guy alot. Probably teach you all kinds of tricks of the trade.

If you're interested, I'll try to run down his number.
