Reassembled carb., installed, got it running, tuned carb., started leaking from accelerator pump.
Removed carb. from intake, removed accelerator pump, relined gasket, tighten the sh*t out of the four screws.
installed carb. back on intake, no leaks, runs well,,,,I'll take it for a test drive when the streets dry out from all this rain.

took the extra motor down today and over to donny at smith foreign for some machine work to the crank.....this must have been a great motor for someone....the case is in great shape but the rest is realy worn...i was in luck it had 83mm pistons in it already but then i was unlucky because they were worn out...looks like they have been rerung at least once but maybe twice since the crank has already been turned once and its and after market crank...someone sanded the cam last rebuild....and one rod was burned bad at the crank end...

i ordered new 83 mm pistons, new cam and lifters... donny will machine the crank....this motor will be brand new when im done....

the heads will be sent to davids machine shop tomorrow to be looked over and the block will also go there to get boiled...

thanks ethan and duwayne for stopping by and lending a hand...
