Color Question....I wanted Bahama Blue only with clear coat. Took all the paint brands & color codes listed on Samba to my painter (Scott Draper at Shark Performance Art). Wasn't pleased with any of the samples I saw. I then took my copy of the May 2011 Volksworld with a georgeous '66 Ragtop that claims to be painted Bahama Blue Clearcoat to Scott. Using the cover and several article pictures we came up with the color on my car.....So I'm still calling it Bahama Blue.

Welded the beam back together for my '69. I narrowed it 4" and added adjusters. I'll post some pic's in the project section tomorrow.

last night welded up were the door piller hits the heater channel, tonight did the grinding to clean up. Stll need to find the correct aligment for a ball joint beam to put the ajusters in need 4 inchs to clear wheels and tires inside fenders.Any body got a good website that shows it. :?:
