Hey I'm really sorry about the metal break thing. I saw your private message yesterday you left months ago. My box was full and it didn't show up until I deleted some older messages. I'm sure you have moved on, but if you need to use the break let me know.

Give me a call when you want to work on it. 214-636-4897

I didn't get as much done this weekend as a I planned. I was going to blast the bed and get it in epoxy primer but it didn't work out because of the weather.

It funny how progress always is slower then expected.

Sorry for the poor photos.

Thanks Ethan for the 2 bus wheels to complete my set. I had South Texas CrossLink Powder coat the wheels in RAL9016 (traffic white, closest match to VW silver white). I did it without the hubcap clips since I plan on running it without the caps. The clips can always be added later.

Tires are 215/75/15 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO. I planned on mud terrains, but when I got the the tire shop they looked to aggressive. My wife talked some sence into me.

You can see from the pictures I've done ALOT of cutting. The rear wheel wells were already cut, so I trimmed them back to the tub, going to replace that panel.

Seat frames powder coated black and covered with TMI dark grey (not real original, but I wanted something that looked nice, and the smooth covers don't IMO). New coconut pads etc etc.

This was it a couple weeks ago.

I have a shipment of Gersons Funky Green Panels on the way. New doglegs, rear wheel wells, rockers, blah blah. This truck is going to take shape real quick, I promise.

Damn you have been busy. I am envious of you guys who own single and double cabs. I want one so much for my company.
