She's a driver with no mechanical issues at the moment. It is a VW..lol Unfortunately it did not come with the rack... :(

Thanks guys. Well I've been tinkering a little on the bug. The carb and throttle cable guide tube was binding on the carb linkage which would hold the butterfly open a tad. I was able tonfix that issue form now. Also, the rag wouldn't open smoothly and would take 2 people to open the dang thing. The parts were dry and in need of some wd40 and she works smoothly without effort.
Things to work on:
Very leaky 28pic
Sloppy accelerator pedal assembly. ( need replacement )
Keep you guys posted.
