Here's the back of the seats with the sisal and padding..I used 3M Super trim to glue the padding to the sisal so when you are pulling down on the covers the padding is not moving.

And here it is complete, it helps if you set the back cover outside in the heat to soften up..makes pulling and fitting the cover easier.
Note: the lines are glare from the outside thru the blinds..covers are nice and taut..
