I guess I could have, but I figure I might as well split the case since that bigass chunk of metal was floating around in it. The bearings had some pretty deep gashes in them too from metal particles floating around.

Nah, I don't want the thin-wall cylinders. We're planning on going a little bigger in the future.

you wouldnt have thin wall cylinders with a 1641 . 69X87. what do you have in there with stock 85.5?

I'm confused :| . I thought 1641 was a bigger cylinder, but without having to bore out the case.

they are thinner than the stock 1600 but to me its not that thin compared to running 90.5 0r 92's. I had a 1641 in my 67 with kadron's and an E110 cam and that sucker would scoot.
