I know how to fix it so it never leaks again.

First pull the carb
then find the nearest trash can
put the carb into the trash can where it belongs
then put fuel injection on it

problem solved :redguy:

Pick up parts as they fall off

You can probably work the brass tube out, put a little chamfer on the carb where it goes in, then re-assemble it with a little JB Weld.
