those are cool. Are they gonna fit or will you have to go up a spline? I kindly suggest a camber compensator or limiting straps or something. VW Trucks already do weird things around corners because they are so light in the back. More than once around a corner doing 35 mph it gave me a butt pucker feeling and I'm at stock height on normal 195 or 205's (I forget)

I am pretty sure the truck will be at capacity with food.

It's a close fit. Gonna deflate the rear to get them on. I will probably look into a camber compensator. My old 15 window on bug rims and 165 car tires was a hot mess to drive.
