Sounds like the splines on the rotor/hub may be shot. Is the rotor and mounting plate one-piece?

Not sure if they are ine piece or not, mk-zero may be able to answer that. And yeah, i was thinking it was the splines as well, just didnt know if it was on the axle end or on the rotor end that wore out.

Let's hope it is just the rotors, otherwise you'll have to swap out the axles as well. I've had to do that before...

Not to worried about it, been trying to get my wife to let me get a new trans for the longest anyways...lol. I'll show her the shot axles and tell her it all has to go!!

Was your axle swapping due to repetitive burnouts, kostya?

The rear hubs are aluminum with a steel insert for the splines.

It will be interesting to see what happened to yours...

Although i don't have it torn down, I can say that when i shifted the hub back and forth, the steel insert in the middle does not shift with it...

So you think the steel insert is loose in the aluminum hub?

So just got the tool in and couldnt resist breaking the nut loose on the driver's side. Came off pretty easily matter of fact. I slid the rotor off and the splines look good on the axle and the rotor/hub assembly. So the steel insert being loose seems to be the culprit on the drivers side for sure. Still have to check the passenger side. New rotors and/or all new rear disc kit coming soon! What kind of maintenance should i be doing now that i have the rear assemblies apart. There is a huge build up of grease on the backsides of the rotor/hub assemblies from the axles im guessing.

UPDATE: been in contact with CB Performance regarding their kit and they said some of their older units had this problem. They say that their new rotor/hubs should not have this problem. Bottom line, they have agreed to replace mine for free, so im sending them in the mail today. Here's a vid of what exactly was going on....

thats cool that they're admitting there was a problem and taking care of you.
How old is your set? Mine is probably about 3 years old...

I contacted the PO when this all went down and he told me he had the same problem and had already had the hubs replaced by CB!! He originally purchased the kit in 2007 and ran into problems in 08 when he had them replaced the first time. So, some time in there or shortly afterwards is when CB "fixed" the problem im guessing. We'll see.
