The rack is done! The slats could have come out a little nicer, but it looks good for the effort I put into it. I will make some new ones out of cedar next time I visit my folks. Dad has all the carpentry tools I will need.

That Smoker has produced fantastic results! The fire controls are nice and responsive and it is actually tough to make it run hot. I'm going to try and make my own smoke cured bacon soon. Awesome Xmas present! I just need to find a cheap local hunt, gun or archery, for hogs and I will make my own sausage too.
