everything on a bug is spot welded even the floor pans

well I started welding in some panels and realised I had plans so I only was able to do this one panel but I think it turned out pretty good

I also got the rear tires on friday and when I got them home I noticed that on the tires they are marked "inside" and "outside" BUT when I mounted them to the pan the tire tread is backwards on one so I am confused on what to do with that and why there is an inside and outside labels when there isnt any labels saying they are directional if anyone knows please let me know

Are those Fuzion HRi? If they are, they look directional, but can be mounted either way.
