nice read! my first time through this thread. i'm planning on doing a smooth dash in my notch lvoe the look. the square has a perfect dash in it so it stays. love the bags. had not thought about it due to the cost. now seening what it takes does not look too bad to fab up. might be cost effective as a diy project as opposed to ddr or airkewled purchase. Any pics of rear bags?

The air bag project is still on going,I still need to convert the car to 12V and get parts to finish the beam, the rear will be a KCW rear kit.The purchase of the Cosmics I just won;kinda of messed with my order of projects to do which was:
1)12v conversion
2)Front Airbeam(Air Management System)
3)Rear Air Ride
So I will probably get back to the 12v conversion in late October and get the Air Ride stuff going in December/January.

I am still very excited about the Cosmics, most everyone knows how much I like those wheels, and I won them at a price that is usually 1K-2K less than you sometimes see them on the Samba and other places for Porsche Pattern 5 lug 5.5Jx15 Cosmics.
