Just droe it to Advanced and picked up the new voltage regulator, aside from the idle issues, it actually drives pretty good. I still got much more tuning to do but I'm definitely making good progress.

I got some good news and bad news, and then some more good news.

Good news: I got the car signed off with the police so now I can register it in texas and get a title.

Bad news: I must have not shut the frunk all the way, and it popped open at about 60mph.

Good news ptII: The cowling has minimal damage, looks like the hinges and the hood took the bump. I got spares of that stuff :dance:

Good ole Serbian luck :hillbilly:

Glad you're OK and there's not too much damage. That happened to me once. My first car was a 69 Impala and the hood flew up on me while going 45 mph on FM 1960. Just like in Tommy Boy:
