I borrowed another detail from 356's, a leather strap to secure the spare tire. The same guy made it who made my hood hold-down straps, so they match.

lol. they've all been pretty small and would be easy to weld shut. Well, except for the one in my dash for the Dehne gauge! :shock:

the leather straps look really good.....i was tempted to go with a crimson red but purple was voted on by the wife and the twins. lol. still enjoy looking at your car.
