yea no doubt I am only working 530-300 most days so I have a few hours to play with the bug I would like to be able to meet up during the day for lunch but that would cut into my nap time w:pw

Hey Boom, if I can make one suggestion. If you can find your local VW baja chapter and talk to them. See if anyone has a decent front clip that was cut off for a baja for any year up to 70ish(I got mine from a 69). Cut out the spare tire well from that. The fit of the OG is 1000X better. I did it that way and didnt have to do any adjusting at all. I had the aftermarket one and the hole in the center didnt even line up, not to mention that the front lip where it meets up with the apron was 1/2" too short in the center as well. The aftermarket apron does fit pretty decent but still needs a little work. Carry on with the great work. You are getting there :thumbs:
