Wayne, just have Doug do it, he can have it done in less then 30 minutes

I have to agree with Doug here. Unless their is some issue it hardly ever takes more than 30 min for me to bleed them. Their are things you need to check though. For example Jeremy was having issues with his brakes, he couldn't get them to bleed correctly. I stopped by took about 15 min to figure out that his pushrod was to long and was bypassing the rear circuit, once the pushrod length was adjusted correctly it took us less than ten min to bleed the system.

Just for the record, Doug and Ethan, I'm calling shenanigans on you guys being able to bleed all 4 brakes in under 30 minutes :bs:  . I changed the rear wheel cylinders and it took longer then 30 minutes to bleed just the rears with full lines. BTW I always adjust my rear shoes so tight you can barely turn the wheel by hand.

Wow. I am not sure why you would think I have a reason to bold face lie to you.

That explains it...you and ethan both made it sound like either of you guys can do all 4 brakes in under 30 minutes by yourself, so shenanigans stands :bs:

I do 90% of everything by myself, I have no idea what it is like to have a work day on my notch, but reality is that it takes almost 30 minutes just to jack up all 4 corners, let alone flush the brake fluid. On a bone dry system it take a shit ton of pumping to get the fluid to the rear, and then a shit ton more pumping to get all the air out of all 4 lines.

I don't believe it, I'll have to see it to believe it.

Well Nick that must be why it takes you 4 hours to bleed brakes. I guess I assumed to much when I assumed that you had somebody to pump the pedal while you opened the bleeder. Also I NEVER jack the car up to bleed the brakes. Why waste the time when I can just reach up under it and loosen the valve.

Even with two people I just don't see it being a 30 minute job on a dry system, 4-6 hours seems about right, unless your using a mighty vac or pressurizing the reservoir then maybe. Also before I switched to silicone fluid, every year I flushed all the old fluid with fresh stuff, that never took half an hour either. I don't play around with brakes, I might use zipties to hold my throttle bodies on and that is OK because my life or my passengers life doesn't depend on that unlike brakes.
