Got my heater boxes back from the shop. Got em sandblasted. The guy did a pretty good job on them.

Man I'm in high gear trying to get my ride back together for the monument show. Its gonna be close. Still waiting on engine compartment parts and still workin on cleaning up engine tin. Oh and I have ALOT of free time on my hands.....

Got my motor all back together and ready to put back in. I had bought some of those tar boards to replace the original ones in the engine compt. They came in today but i wasnt impressed with them at all. they were thin and flimsy. Im gonna roll with the one on the firewall for now but i left the others out. I may do something with that part at a later date.

I read somewhere that a guy used rolled roofing material and turned it around and layered it. Just a thought.
