Took it downtown, to my favorite bar lol

Because, there's a new mural and I thought it would be a cool backstop. It was getting late, so I'll have to do this again at some other point in time

Yeah, my homeboy Gonzo was comishend to do the mural, and it's right next to my regular spot, so I knew my first journey other than around the block would be here. In fact, I'm here now lol

Spent another $550 today, drums, bearings, races, $300, and a bunch of other seals and crap. Wolfsburg west makes you send a copy of your credit crd and id so that may have delayed it getting here before the weekend.

The wiring was a freakin mess of extra wires, so I yanked out everything not stock. The left brake light was the only thing working when I got it, I still can't see what's wrong with the turns so in the meantime the right rear is bridged from the left rear with the plate light T'd in too. I did get the headlights working today, so that's cool, no more curfew for the truck.

so, big order from WW came in right before Critical Mass. Thats 2 seperate stories all together...

I went and bought tools saterday, Sears had lowest price on craftsman stuff of the year, got some $250 set for $99.99. Went to harbor freight and got some stuff including a sweet ratcheting 1/2 inch breaker bar that came in real handy. Stripped everything down on the front, new drums, inner and outer bearings and races, the wheel cylinders are new as well as the hard and soft lines. The shoes are pretty new, but I am ordering Kymco super street shoes, semi metallic and way better than the enduro organics everyone else sells. While I was down there, I realized that the shocks were the originals, one is still good, one is bad but the rubber bushing holding the bottoms in on both side were missing, effectively meaning I was running with no shocks (30mph, surface streets only since I got it, I aint that stupid). Good thing I had a pair of new BOGE in the box. They were going to go on the back, but whatever.

I didnt get to drive it, I finished late last night but I'm sure it will be worlds better.
