What are your plans for the beam and rear, straight axle or IRS?

the beam will be cut and adjusters put in...the rear i think im going to try to just lower it one notch and see how that works...im intending to keep the reduction boxes since im only building a 40hp...any suggestions on lowering the rear and keeping the reduction boxes...do they make a kit that will lower it more without turning the reduction boxes over? what are my choices with still keeping the reduction boxes?

I dont think you are going to get very far down by keeping the reduction boxes, why not just straight axle it? It's not very hard to do, you dont have to cut anything. Use a 67-68 long axle type one or a type 3 swing axle and offset spring plates. The only other thing you would have to do is use spacers for the E-brake cables and you are in there.
