I'm with Tommie too, being a parts broker and not pulling in a little for your trouble just does not make sense.

So my question is....who in their right mind parts out a split window these days.
Where is the stuff at?
You better have a back up plan in case you get screwed.

No worries, its a reputable company and Im in talks with the owner himself. He's had many cars in various magazines over the years. Paypal all the way.

OH YEAH!! Correct seatbacks for my car are finally in from Belgium! I'm so glad that this ridiculous search has come to an end but now I need to get them worked on...lol. They definitely need to be blasted and both need the lower horizontal bars re-welded (The bar where the seat fabric is hogringed or stitched at). But I only was provided one, so I'll have to find another set of seats to scavenge from. Good thing is that it wont matter what year seats for that part. Anyways, definitely got a good deal and need to find a shop who can repair these bad boys.

What's going on up there? Unfortunately I will be MIA for that as my Air Force Nat'l Guard duties prevail. I'll be in houston for that this weekend. :furious:

Well, that's a worthy alibi for sure.

It's the annual VW show put on by the Ft Wort Volks Folks. Lots of good comments on the show -- This will be my first trip up.

Starting to come out the woodworks again! I'll be purchasing a gearbox soon and wanted to see if I should be adding anything else to my list while I have the whole drivetrain apart and accessible.

Mid-mount
Torque Bar (May go with Eye-ball engineerings setup)
External cooler w/ fan (Does anyone make any mounts to set these things up)
New Front and rear mounts (already have them)

What else should I be doing?
