ok I started welding in the reinforcement bars for the removal of the heater channel and it didnt take but fifteen minutes so I kept on tinkering and the damn thing fell out ha ha heres some pics I just have to measure up the replacements from the donor body and get to cutting and welding them back in

the top was really the only bad part but since I had good donors I figured I would just replace the complete channel although the heater tube itself I dont have I may use the old on just not sure yet
