Thanks! The headers made a big difference in performance, it pulls harder. I just bought a Magnaflow muffler 2.25" inlet and outlet, and I'm ordering some mandrel pre-bent stainless tubing for it. Should sound deep and quieter. No more annoying stinger.

Magnaflows were made for volkswagens, on all my healthy type 1 motors I ran a 3" magnaflow, sounds friggin amazing. Eric your squareback is boner inspiring.
