So I'm ready to put some time into the Thing. I was thinking new bumpers but after looking on TTS web site I see that's not going to happen.. ..$470 for the front and it is the same one I have on there so I'm thinking maybe just have the ones I have powder coated black and replace the broken bracket. I'm also thinking it is time to return it to the orginal color. I am making a list of the things I'd like to do and then get it done!

Thank you Billy and James for confirming what I had already told Jay tonight and coming to the rescue!

I found a place to take the wheels and bumpers to be sand blasted. I was planning on doing the work myself but have been informed that it can be a real pain in the ass to do.

Slamming it or raising it. Things are one of those cars that look awesome either way. What color are you going with the wheels and bumpers?

Jay has found how to motivate me to get things done. Haven't gotten to do much on the Thing this week due to it being blocked in by the washer and dryer I was suppose to do something with. Smart man....Hope he doesn't share his new found knowledge. :help:
