I wasn't going to start a build thread because I am not really building this car but people keep asking for pic's. I picked this driver up out of Cali the week before little E was born, mainly tired of not having anything to drive and with the new baby time and money are a factor. My only plans are to lower it and drive it. No big engine just the stock 40H power plant. I bought the car unfinished, no wiring no motor, nothing really assembled but it gives me a little something to do. Like I said I really have no big plans for this car other than driving the wheels off.

Had to source a few parts to complete. Big thanks goes out to Ryan for hooking me up with some new wipers and arms, Jeremey for a real nice set of vent windows (car didnt come with window) Billy for a shifter, air cleaner and decklid spring. I am sure I am forgetting someone.

BrianB gave me this sweet dealer plate.

Sweet project E!

Correct me if I was given miss information, but I was told that using old plates here in Texas that your not able to register them anymore and that they will make you buy a new(vintage) plate. I did this with the plates on the bug and have not registered the bus plates yet.

if you register as an antique you will have no problems. Ryan and Billy just registered theirs.
