Its an Autometer tach/shift light. It has a programmable shift point, adjustable intensity for the shift light, and peak RPM recall. I've had if for about 6 years and have been happy with it. I got it so I could have it mounted inconspicuously on the A pillar.

Haven't really had any updates on the car for quite a while, pretty much just been enjoying driving it. It was time to change the oil though and i needed o-ring kits for my JayCee mag plate and SpeedFlo filter, so i picked them up along with a little eye candy from Jack. I also replaced my oil filler spout with one with a metal cap, those damn plastic caps always seem to crack. I hadn't been running a vent line from the old fuel pump block off to the breather box because i was too lazy to make a new line. The new billet piece was begging for a line to go with it, rather than just a cap, so i made one for it.

Yeah, i know, lol. After i got the car back together last time i was just burnt out and tired of all things VW. I went a few months without even driving it about a year ago. Then i started driving to work a bit but still wasn't interested in tinkering with it. Luckily its super reliable and holds its tune really well, despite what a radical setup it is. Now I'm finally interested in messing with it again and have some little things i plan to do. Stay tuned ;-)
