You've got a great project going there. I wish I had the facilities to do a project like that. I was fortunate to have found my current '66 Pearl White Bug in great condition. I bought it from the original owner that purchased it at one of the local San Francisco dealerships. I've only had it for about 5 weeks now and have began to fix a few things as I find them. I want to get the wheels powder coated the factory colors. Right now I'm trying to get the driver seat fixed.
