Time for a progress report
These are not in any order. I just learned how to use photo bucket.
The most up to date photos are the ones with the XRP elbows on the bulk head.
I cut out and trimmed all the required sheet metal and access panels to mock up the new fuel lines.
set the new Mendola front end on the chassis to see how the new fuel lines could be welded to the chassis.
Those and AN-6 male fittings welded to the new fuel lines and then welded to the chassis.
I added a Supply and a return for the addition of Fuel injection and a turbo much later.
The IRS conversion is a pain in the ASS. The IRS brackets are way to big and require a lot of trimming.
Next is welding in the IRS Pivot brackets and filling in the huge holes I made and squaring up the chassis and suspension and welding it all together.

Those fuel lines were a lot harder than I thought it would be.
I had to have ZARO tig the fitting on the lines before I could weld them to the chassis.
3/8" lines are hard as hell to bend inside the chassis tunnel.
