Will went to town today stripping it down to bare metal and got some Dykem layout fluid on it to show the low spots.

It definitely lets you know where all the low spots are, here is a before and after shot of the last ghia Will did, It looked just as bad with the dykem on it.

The old patch is cut away. I can't talk bad about the welds...lol looks like a patch would look after I got through with it.
