Made some progress, trying to get this thing rolling by the summer. It's been a lot of fun cleaning old parts, buying new and putting it all back together. TopLine Versa Struts with Sport Springs up front. Larger Sway bar (7/8") for the front and a sway bar also added to the rear. New brake lines (don't judge my bends!), braided flex lines on the corners, new larger master cylinder, trans cleaned up and new hard rubber mounts. Axles, CV's cleaned up and new boots with grease. I decided not to tear into the transmission, no leaks and was working fine when I tore the car down...I read they can take a decent amount of power stock. I also bought a pair of E30 BMW comfort seats to replace my stockers, will get them cleaned up and recovered black...will have to fab some brackets. Have been hung up on wheel selection since day 1. I'm thinking as of today of having the stock wheels widened. Old Porsche race cars used steelies, I always liked race cars with understated wide wheels and fat tires. Tricky with supers to avoid them rubbing up front.
Nick

Looking good! With the right setup, you can fit 7.5" wide wheels and 205 series tires up front and tuck them under stock width fenders.

Got the body and pan mated together again, also have the steering and front suspension loosely installed. Assembly is fun!

That's looking awesome! Have you chosen a set of wheels yet?
