Post subject:  Eliots 51 Barndoor Standard
I finally picked up this 51 Barndoor Standard. Rare and early bus. It was a Swiss bus which is the reason for the driver side cargo doors. Switzerland was RHD and then switched to LHD. VW used the RHD bodies. This one was shipped to Switzerland and used in the Forestry Service. It shipped in primer grey. The previous owner was in the process of stripping it back for preservation. My plan is to just continue this process.
