So the car is blown completely apart over at W.A.R. 8-) All the replacement metal has been delivered. She’s going to need heaters, vert rails, inner fronts, and everything else seen here to bring her back. We’re building a jig out of a sacrificial 60’s pan and mounting it all the frame table to keep it all in place while the heaters are replaced. It’ll basically be in two pieces :o

Thanks to my homeboy Mr. Dunlap, I’ve scored a real set of OG fenders for the Heb. Score 8-) 8-) 8-) I was afraid we were going to have to fake the funk... Very nice condition indeed!!!

So here’s something a little interesting about the Heb’s. Appartently the cars were shipped to Hebmuller with open heater channels. Hebmuller then added stiffeners, and wiring tubes to them. Will is going to have to recreate this with the new heaters. Crazy details in these cars...

We scored a set of OG split seats for the Heb. Pretty nice condition. Will will probably have to tinker with them a bit, but if you understand how hard it is to come across, a set of complete seats, you get it 8-). Being a 49, the Heb gets 1 year only taillights also. I found and purchased a set. My money is running away from me like it hates me :| :|

Nice scores on the fender, seats, and tail lamps, those things are all really hard to find!

Keep the pics coming. Crazy detail on the heater channels. I wouldn't even want to guess what this restoration will cost. You must have the best wife in the world. :)
