Ok, let's get everyone caught up on the heb situation. We had fun with it and took it to some shows but now it's time to get serious about this restoration. I want to take it to the last Heb Factory event in 2019. Apparently they are saying it's going to be torn down after this event. I've commissioned Will Foitik (W.A.R.) to do all the metal work back to factory. It's definitely hiding a lot past sins, Will's going to have his hands full!

We plan to show the car in bare metal before it goes to Buddy Hale for paint. I plan to document the progress here. This car was hit in the front in the late 60's. When it was repaired, they discarded the Heb tag and the build/car number was lost. The Heb Hunters feel certain that they will be able to trace this car back to find this number since it's a 49 and there's good documentation. 50's are almost impossible to figure out though, due to the condition of the original archives. Will uncovered an odd number on the firewall that no one really understands what it is?? They've found these numbers on several other Hebs. Tag along, as I embark on the adventure of a lifetime 8-)
