and now we have a white baja. Dad decided he just wanted a solid color. So the main body will be white and the bumpers, rack , steps, and roll bar will be black

Well got the ol girl on the lift and removed the drive train. Plan is to just clean and replace what is worn. I will have to rebuild the front end the king pins are wobbly. I also have new brakes. I just cleaned and put a new fresh coat of paint on the trans. I asked the previous owner who installed the trans about the gear ratio. I am hoping to get some info on that soon if he remembers. It does have long axles and type 3 drums, so the bigger pad is a bonus.

rear air vents under window is going to show the black splatter.. You may already have a plan for this. and I am certain I would have done the same thing.. then thought WTF.. did I just do??

I realized it when I was taping it, then I thought about the back window Baja piece. It covers that area up completely.
