I'm using Eastwood's Thermoquastic for my firewall, and I'm quite impressed with it. I'm fixin on trying some of this stuff on my new project and the ninja notch http://www.lobucrod.com/

Don't use RoadBlockR, not a good product. I learned the hard way, fell off the roof had to remove the headliner to get it out. Fell off the doors and stuck to the glass really well!!! I had heck removing it off the glass, I couldn't roll the window up or remove the glass. Had to cut and tear it out of the door. Was a nightmare!!!

Why did you use it on your glass?? :redguy: :redguy:

Don't put it on the roof. When It heats up it stands a chance of falling. The only down fall to the home depot stuff from what I've read is the smell it puts off in the summer and it tends not to bond as well as dyno mat when it gets hot.

I would use a manufacturer that is made for automobiles just my 2 cents.

I used dyno mat on the oval and was happy.

Is there a product you'd recommend for the roof, maybe traditional batting? I was worried about the exact condition you described... I'm in Phoenix and I can see it coming loose... Thanks
