So here is the summary of my labor day marathon event on the zombie killa:

5 BFG's mounted (not balanced, the discount tires that I took it took has no clue how to do it :roll: )
one badass bumper mounted
engine lid seals installed
started body work on the engine lid
3 wheels now have good brakes (I could have swore I ordered enough wheel cylinders :oops: )
fuel tank pulled, cleaned, and needs to be replaced :furious: f-ing rust!

I'm still on track, just need to buy a few more parts. This thing should be drivable in about 2 more weeks time.

I had the same problem when I tried to get my new Bug tires balanced... I finally found an old school tire shop that had the right adapter... and the right old guy who knew how to deal with the wide 5's.
