It doesn't appear to have any turnsignals, and I believe that by law cars are required to have fenders covering at least a portion of the tires. I guess it would just depend on the cop...

Never heard about fenders. You have to have at least one windshield wiper but not required to have a windshield. Pretty funny I thought.

I don't know about blinkers because you can use your hands but you have to have a horn and brake lights along with running lights.

Cops can give tickets to jacked up trucks and require them to install mudflaps because what ever percentage of the tire is not covered.
