Kostya, I might. Still having some health issues and it's really day by day whether I feel like getting out of bed or putting 2 in my dome. So far I've gotten out of bed every day, albiet relunctanlty. somedays I'm fine, some days no way I'm hopping on a bike, and I really won't know until friday afternoon. All the folks that work at market square bar and grill and warrens accross the street are friends of mine, so at the very least, I'll be down there. hopefully with my bike this time. I may take a lowrider cruiser, it's way more cushy

Just a bunch of people mostly 20-40 years old, about 750-1000 people in the spring and fall, less in the winter or hot summer nights. no destination is publically given, there is usually a stop or two at a bar, but you can imagine that it gets a little crazy with that many people. You can't exactly stop for red lights, people behind you would run into you.

It can be fun if you just stfuar. some people don't like the feeling of riding in a pack. some people cant follow the loose instructions. I highly encourage anyone that enjoys biking to try it. Show up at market square park downtown 300 block of Travis, last friday of the month, every month. That doesnt change. take off is around 7-7:30.

put lights on your bike. not required but smart. when riding, keep in the right hand lane. try to leave the left lane open. the front of the pack will hit lights and is probably the most dangerous when it comes to cars. The rear of the pack will get all the people in cars that are pissed off, and you will be constantly trying to catch up. The middle of the pack is safest car wise, but you will have other riders on all sides of you which can be a little un-nerving if you arent used to it. People do bump into others and people do go down hard. I ran over a girl that got her tire stuck in a train track groove right in front of me. oops

Above all, if you go, be smart, be safe, enjoy yourself, and above all, stfuar. (shut the f*ck up and ride)
