2013 TX Classic HOUSTON Friday Caravan through Shiner

Last year, ScottyG and I took a route through Shiner and Luling on the way to Fredericksburg, Shiner beer for breakfast and Luling City Market BBQ for lunch. Very nice and scenic route the entire way!

The starting point of the route is a McDonald's/Shell station combo that would be a good spot to meet/eat/fill up on gas.

Who is interested in taking this route?

I'll update this post with the roll call and the time that we're planning on meeting.

You have to take rush-hour traffic into account, but you'll be traveling against traffic going South of 59.

You have to take rush-hour traffic into account, but you'll be traveling against traffic going South of 59.

I'll take the beltway to 59 ... but still will be alot of traffic. :thumbs:
