Are you going to make a few pulls on the dyno once you get it all back together? I am curious on what the loss will be through the tranny to the rear wheels. Not to many people I know have the opportunity to have both of those numbers.

I don't know, but I've thought about that. Would be nice to know in case I change anything so I would have a baseline. We'll see.

I pulled the external oil cooler and all the oil lines tonight and flushed everything out. I wanted to make sure there was no metal particles hanging out anywhere from before. My oil cooler is a huge PITA to get out because of the Kafer bar and everything in the way, took about an hour to get out and about as long to get back in. I also got the engine almost down to the point where its ready to go back in the car. I'm going to re torque everything and adjust the valves first though. Some day she'll see the road again, lol.

Well, I did have to make some dimples in the VCs for them to clear, but that's probably only because of the enormous amount of lift I'm running. No leaky bolt-on valve covers for me :P

Me three. I like the look of stock valve covers. Nice work as usual.

How do you like that floor? Any issues when using a floor jack or do you have to use plywood under the jack and stands?

Doug, I like the floor a lot. It does pretty good with floor jacks (wheels), but jackstands with sharp edges not so much, so I put something between the floor and the jackstand in that case. I *really* wanted a pattern on my floor though, not just "plain" flooring with colored flecks, so this was one of my only real options. I'm pretty happy with how it looks, here's a couple pictures from when I first finished it:
