Aircooled.net is one of my favorites. All their parts are top notch and they are brutally honest about their part descriptions. If something they sell kind of sucks, they will tell you! John Connoly (the owner/operator) is one one the most knowledgable guys in the business, at least when it comes to performance. He always responds to technical questions quickly and with straight forward answers. My only problem with them is that some of their prices are a lot higher than their competitors, so shop around a little.

I had a really great experience with them on my most recent order. I ordered something and selected UPS 3-day shipping. Their shipping department called me the next day and told me it would cost a lot less and be just as fast to ship it USPS Priority, and asked if I would like to do that instead. Of course I said YES! Great service!!!!

they are still alive. I bought my dellorto manifold adapters from them not that long ago, no problems, got them quick.

This is not to say they are without their issues. Some people put him on a pedistal and think he doesnt sell anything that isn't perfect. A friend had an issue with the distributor he ordered. It wouldnt advance, the rubber plugs and petronix wires were in the way, keeping it from advancing. I emailed him about it, didn't hear back. I put something about it on thesamba, and he said yes, he had let petronix know about the issue previously. But he still sent the part, and didn't mention it...

anyway, he should email you back, he's on thesamba all regularly, including today

You should have ordered it directly from Totally Stainless Part #5-0097. I ordered their kit for the raffle car and got it within a couple of days. Its the same kit that you get from most every vendor.
