I'm with Ethan on this. Before dropping the rear I would wait till the motor is in before you start adjusting the height. The weight of the engine will bring it down some. Also, the lower you go in the rear the wheels will move forward once axles are above the torsion tube height. Some drop plate or drop spring plates compensate for this.

Thanks, I will just 1 or 2 click for now so I can get more other parts..

Move car little bit and the next day saw the transmission fluid leak between boots and transmission axles.. Is there any seal in there?

1 click isn't bad at all to me... I just get the spring plate to barely lip the bottom stop evenly on both sides..
it is rather easy.. and a decent starting point..
again.. this is my opinion as it differs from others :)

no, the boot is the seal. Your seam should not be at that angle, but it shouldnt be straight up and down either. Loosen the boot, turn it so it's at a 45 degree angle, and re-tighten. That should do it

Most of the dubs I've seen drip when the car is jacked up and the axles are hanging... But on the ground they seem to be ok. Liberty bug was dripping pretty good on the lift but when we got it on the ground, it stopped.

I had one that dripped. Undid the clamp and smeared some gasket maker on the small end then resealed it. Let it dry. No more leaks.

I have done that several times. I would clean it with brake clean or alcohol first than use a little black RTV. You also got to remember not to stretch the boots out to far. I always push them in about 1/2 inch towards the tranny. If you stretch them all the way out they tend to move when the axles move up and down.
